Online Patrol and Management System, also called Real-time Patrol System, featured with the special card readers to mark address in patrolling area, and connected to the management computer through online system. Usually, the patrollers should hold with marked person and incident cards, swipe the person card in the card reader in a patrolling area, and swipe the incident card while something happens. The card reader would immediately transfer the data to computer online, to allow the patrol software installed in the computer to display the status and incidents in the patrolling area, and to alarm for the incidents that failure to be patrolled. The Online Patrol System also depends on such hardware as original card readers、controllers and online systems to read the data from the card.
Those online systems not only applied in some areas which demand restrict requirements on patrol or might result in danger to patrolling process, but also in the communities or managing district with access points.
